April (Su Fener) arrived Sherpherd's Field Children's Village on March 25, 2009. She's born with heart disease.   Name: Zephaniah Birthday: 11/3/2006 Zephaniah was born on November 3rd, 2006 and came to PHF on December 4th, 2006. Since his arrival he has had a few hospitalizations because of complications with his left kidney. He is a sweet boy, and we are so happy to have him at PHF where he can get the medical care he needs. Please continue to pray for this fragile boy. The Children of Shepherds Field

In the fall of 2008 I had the chance to take a trip of a life time. I along with four other women took a 10 day trip to Shepherd Field Children's Village in Langfang China. Being an adopted mother meant that I already had a heart for orphan children but what God had planned for me on this trip would FOREVER change my heart forever!

James 1:27 says, " Pure and faultless religion is this, to take care of orphans...the verse goes into more detail but I will begin with saying, the heart of the Heavenly father is found in the life of a orphaned child. His protection and provision is present on the campus of Shepherd Field...God is the good shepherd to these precious children!
